| These long burning, all natural wax container candles are a blend of soy wax and a small amount of another natural wax saturated with the finest fragrance oils available. This special proprietary blend produces unmatched quality in performance at an economical price that need only be burned until a 1/4” to a 3/8” deep scent pool is achieved. This typical take a few hours of burning at which time the candle may be extinguished. Scent will continue to be thrown long after that which produces weeks of scent from a single candle (30 hour type). With the proper care you should expect many hours of flawless performance from your Seasonal D'Lites candles. Trim your wick to 1/4" after the first burn and remove any “mushrooming” at the tip during burning to produce a proper flame. This mushrooming" is to be expected from soy wax candles. Keep the wicks to the 1/4" length during the rest of your candles life. Additionally you should not extinguish your candle until a scent pool is created that covers the entire candle surface as this will avoid "tunneling" a condition that leaves significant unburned wax around the perimeter of your candle and resembles a well in the middle. |
